The Art Workshop
Visit the Art Workshop on the 1st floor. Using the artworks in the exhibitions as a starting point and inspiration, you can draw, paint, sculpt and do crafts. Everything you make you get to take home with you. The Art Workshop is for both children and adults.

Paint, sew or craft - Art Workshop open 4 days a week all summer
Try painting, sewing, crafts and much more in the Art Workshop at Kin, floor 1. Rain or shine, young or old – staff is on hand to help 13:00-17:00 Thursday-Friday and 13:00-16:00 Saturday-Sunday from 24 June to 24 August. The art workshop is open for self-activities during the museum's other opening hours.

Starting Saturday, August 30, our art workshop will be open for creative work!
Free admission
Bring your embroidery kit, your latest knitting or carving project, and get down to work in the middle of the museum’s creative environment. You are also welcomed to begin a new craft project in the surroundings of the café, using the museum’s available selection of materials. Tea and coffee will be served in good company, and there are exciting exhibitions to inspire your latest craft project. Admission is free and the meetup is open to everyone – young and old crafters alike!
In the Art Workshop, floor 1
In Kin's Art Workshop there is the opportunity to create based on the exhibition The Living Room—An installation by Katarina Spik Skum together with Kin's mediators. Participants make their own mobiles, inspired by Katarina's way of creating unique interior details based on her Sami background.
