Special guided tours Focused on Picasso
In 1965, one hundred works by Picasso were exhibited in Kiruna’s old town hall, under the title Picasso in Kiruna. Building on the story of this unique exhibition, the guided tour at Kin offers visitors insight into how the exhibition came about, and several of the works shown then have returned to Kiruna and Kin 60 years later. Dora García provides another perspective on Picasso as an artist and individual, but also on other current issues in our time, such as natural resources and land rights.
